All of our food is scratch made from the finest ingredients available. Everything is fresh and made just for your event at our restaurant in Jersey Village. We have a broad menu available and can custom design one to suit your taste and vision for your event. Your only limitations are your imagination and your budget!
Our Buffets Are As Unique As Our Food.
Let’s face it, most buffets are boring and the same everywhere you go. Not at Backyard Catering, all of our buffets and equipment are custom made or customized.
Our TOOL BOX BUFFET is custom made to our specs out of chrome diamond plate steel with black baskets and stainless steel containers for sauces.
Our WEDDING BUFFET used upcycled, old school chafers (too fancy for today’s caterers) powdercoated cream with wicker baskets, wine crates and mason jars for sauces.
Our FENCE PICKET BUFFET uses chafers built from fence pickets with wicker baskets and mason jars for a casual feel.
